I hardly ever drink hot chocolate... the only time really is when our French teacher makes it for us during our double lesson, and I have no idea what she uses,  It seems kind of runny though, so it's probably water.

It's proved that in substances like milk, bananas and peanuts is a thingy that helps you sleep better. So I voted Milk.   I hate eating peanuts or bananas when I can't sleep!
