JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A 3-year-old boy was taken by air ambulance to the hospital Sunday after he apparently pulled a television down onto his head.
Police were told that Christopher Delph was in his home on Waverly Falls Lane West, near the intersection of Beach Boulevard and San Pablo Road about 5 p.m., where he was apparently playing with the cord on the TV.
"(He) pulled the cord and the television, we reasonably believe, accidentally fell on the child's head causing serious injury," Jacksonville Sheriff's Office spokesman Ken Jefferson said.
The boy was in critical condition Sunday night at Shands-Jacksonville Medical Center.

I will have to say that boy is either at fault or the person who installed the tv is at fault either way this is just a horrible way to get injured.
