Santa Claus and Sinterklaas are both the same, the americans stole the idea of Sinterklaas and used him in Christmas, we however celebrate his birthday. So in a way he gives presents on 5th December to children in Holland and at 25th December he does it again. lthough in holland we tell the Children he comes from spain and comes here with a steamboat while Santa Cluas rides a Sledge and goes too the North Pole.....
