PostThu Oct 14, 2004 2:53 am    new power ranger forum

okies, so here is a new post, not reall about a pacific series (mmpr, zeo, turbo ect....) but power rangers in general, as the other was time force and old so was locked. i dont think to much of the stuff they have on now (dino thunder is ehhhhhh *shakes hand*) but i think ill give the one comming our in '05 a chance

ps if you get a chance to see a japanese pr ep (aka sentai) go for it, its amazing, over here (usa) if it was like japan's it prob wouldn't be a kids show

I watched Power Rangers so much! I loved it, ESPECIALLY the ones with the Green and then White Rangers--mainly with Alpha 5, Zordon, Zed, and Reeda (at least I think that's her name...it's been a while). I still like those--however, once the first PowerRangers in space series came out, it started to go downhill. It's so stupid now.

Power Rangers In Space was a good series, but it marked the end of the saga in my opinion. At the end of the series Zordon dies, and it was the last Ranger series that really connected with any previous seasons. They should have kept tying the series' together somehow, because since 1999 it just doesn't seem like Power Rangers anymore. Dino thunder has Tommy in it, which really surprised me, but I think that was an attempt at pulling in old fans, which I don't think it did. They should either get back to basics with the franchise, or quit beating a dead horse and end it.

well, the american version is the only one with "ties to the previous season" and if you have seen the pr wildforce ep "forever red" it had 10 red rangers in it., and the last 3 or 4 seasons have been produced by diff ppl as the rights were sold to abc family

I used to watch the original Power Rangers (Mighy Morphing) then I watched the one after that and I finally gave it up. I jumped into a long Star trek Phase after that which I am on the edge of quiting to go into Andromeda.... Anyways.. I loved Power Rangers a lot. I never watched "Barney" when I could watch Power Rangers.. Such a great Kick Butt action TV show for all the kids kids... Gotta love the PRs!

"Power Rangers S.P.D." S.P.D. stands for Space Patrol Delta, not really the meaning in the japanese version i think, as they had "Dekaranger" in the name, still interested in what it would be like but dont have muchexpatations as i hear that all americanized versions suck cpmpared to an ep of the orgional
