There have been two world wars in the history of humanity. Both of these involved millions of troops, fighting across entire countries, with millions of lives eventually being lost. Why would a third world war move away from this description?
The third world war will involve nukes, nukes and more nukes. We wont have the luxury of arguing if it's the real deal when the *beep* hits the fan.
And the Oil for Food program was setup so that Iraq could buy itself provisions by selling some of it's oil. But Saddam used some loopholes and made himself a fortune, when he should have been using the money gained to help his people.
