I'll post the latest news when your guys are all sleeping,
It's 249 to Bush, 211 to Kerry. Bush has 51% of the vote, and Kerry 49%. All Bush needs to do is win Ohio and another state to win (apart from all the legal challenges after, ). It seems like Ohio is going Bush's way, as he has 200 000 or votes more after 97% counted.
Iowa is divided by just 10 000 votes or so after 97% have been counted. Bush is 37 000 votes ahead in New Mexico with 93% totalled. The rest have a long way to go.
The Republicans also have control of the Senate again.

They can't put anything out, UNTIL California releases the initial numbers. Plus, California is WEST COAST, so while it was 10 eastern, voters were just starting in California.
Plus California is a non-issue. Republicans have learned to accept the 55 point handicap they get from Cali, so they work around it. It's inevitably liberal.
Fox was the last network to declare Flordia for Bush. Fox may, well, be this country's ONLY unbiased news source.

Here is the latest.
We are waiting for word on Wisconsin. 10 Electoral votes. Its 97% done, and Kerry is ahead by 14,000. Very close. Most likely Kerry though.
We are unable to call Iowa or New Mexico, because the secretary of states there will not allow it. They are waiting for absentee ballots to be counted. They will not be calling it until at least tomorrow.
Ohio is the state. Its our Florida. Neither candidate can win without it, period. They have Bush up by about 140,000 votes, and there are about 250,000 uncounted military ballots, so they are waiting to call it. CNN is adamant to not call it, the other major news networks have called it for Bush, but I disagree. Its still possible.
Besides that, we are currently 254 votes for Bush, and 242 for Kerry. Nothing to be decided in concrete, for 11 days. Thats how long it will take for Ohio. 11 days to wait...

WOW. They just called New Mexico too close to call. It is pretty close, Kerrys support spiked at the end, it was awfully random.

And now New Mexico is back to undecided, instead of too close to call. Apparently theyve decided to maybe call it better. THIS ELECTION IS MESSED UP!

CNN, as of 2 minutes ago, called Wisconsin for John Kerry. FINALLY, my numbers match with theirs, because they take so damn long.
New Mexico and Iowa are simply going to be decided tomorrow. Provisional ballots need to be counted.
Same with Ohio, but 11 days there. So in 11 days, we can yell about who won.

George W Bush, who was expected to give a speech in the Reagan Center, has gone to bed. He was expected to either declare victory, or tell his supporters to hang in there. The White House chief of staff is now to give a statement saying to hang in there.

We have still not recieved our message from the chief of staff. Also, the CNN team has signed off, and so thats it. Until tomorrow, we will see nothing new. On that note, I bid you all adieu.

Thats a *beep* statement. Its only because he won the majority, and there was the highest voter turnout of all time. This is thanks mostly to DEMOCRATS. They figured that more voters would turn into more votes for them, so they poured tons of money into getting more people registered. Guess it didnt work out, but you can thank the democratic party.
And the electoral votes ARE NOT ACCURATE in your title. You probably got your facts from Fox, making them assumptions. Check CNN, the other races havent been called yet. It is not 286 and you know it.
