Did anybody else wonder why Hoshi wasn't there lined up with the rest of the crew members when Archer was making his speech? She's a senior officer too isn't she?

Hoshi was seen in one scene of the entire episode in sickbay. Her main part of the entire show was asking Phlox weather or not he was going to go down to the surface to have dinner at a certain bar that he had wanted to go to for some time. Phlox said no after the events of the previous day. The writers left her out of the show for some unknown reason.
Short and sweet, not much to be told�
And yes she is a senior officer; she plays the role of communications (same as Uhura from TOS).

she was trying to get phlox to go to a restaurant with her, and he wouldnt so she brought him takeout.
