Which "VERSUS" movie would you like to see?

"VERSUS" movies aren't nothing new. Many years ago, there was King Kong VS Godzilla and Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman. There were also smaller less-well known movies such as Dracula VS Frankenstein .

However, in the modern era, I guess Freddy VS Jason was the first one of recent times. I personally found it entertaining. Alien VS Predator is the latest one (although that battle has existed in comics and on videogames since the early 90's). I haven't seen it but some people say it is good.

I have thoughts on "VERSUS" movies. I ONLY want them if it is a good script and if two characters can logically be brought together. I DON'T want two hours of fisticuffs, I want a good plot and a film that respects both characters.

Right now, there are rumours galore about "VERSUS" movies. There's talk of another Freddy VS Jason movie, featuring Ash from the Evil Dead movies. Not sure if this rumour has much substance. There are rumours of a Pinhead VS Michael Myers movie (I believe Dimension Films has considered the idea).

What "VERSUS" movies would you like to see? As I said, I only want to see them if they have good scripts. But I believe they are the next logical step in the movie world. In the case of boogeymen like Freddy and Jason, they had to battle because there were no other stories to tell. Did we want another Freddy or Jason movie featuring teenagers/holiday camp folk getting slaughtered? I don't.

Here are the movies I would walk barefoot across hot coals to see...

FREDDY VS MICHAEL MYERS

We've had Freddy VS Jason. I'd like to see Freddy VS Michael Myers. Myers is a fairly different character to Jason, more complex. Freddy could turn his attention to Michael and attempt to use him to gain more powers and strength in the real world.

FREDDY VS CHUCKY

You all know Chucky, that annoying doll? I'd like to see him battle Freddy. Okay, such a movie would probably have an element of camp and may even mock the horror genre. But I think moviegoers are entitled to one nonsense movie every now and again. As silly as such a movie would be, it would be fun to see Freddy throwing that annoying doll around the boiler room and then ripping him to shreds.

MICHAEL MYERS VS JASON VOORHEES

I would love such a battle. The fact that neither character speaks could be a hindrance to such a movie. Then again, maybe a silent movie, with occasional dialogue from supporting characters, could be good. I do know that this is a battle I'd love to see.

FREDDY VS PINHEAD

You're all familiar with Pinhead, the Cenobite from the Hellraiser franchise. I envision a movie where Freddy and Pinhead initially do battle but then have to form a reluctant alliance to combat a higher level of evil within hell.

LEATHERFACE VS BOB THE BUILDER

Just kidding.

I personally would rather have a funny versus movie rather than another horror one but I don't know how it would hapen.
