That doesn't really look like war of the worlds by H.G. Wells.

But if it has the same plot and scenario as the original war of the worlds its going too suck big time.

lionhead, I don�t think you actually read the book, did you? Otherwise you would know that it was very well done and that the book was set in the Victorian era. In fact I remember almost every scene in those pictures being described in the book.

The 1953 film wasn't actually by H.G.Wells, it was by Byron Haskin.
