Q would be a cool addition to Enterprise, but it would screw up the timeline severely. If it happens, I'll think "meh" and enjoy the episode, if it doesn't, I won't shed any tears.

Q on ENT would be sooooooooo cool! I think it would work in better than that borg ep.... I think that kind of ruined the whole Borg/timeline/consistancy thing.

Although Q was supposed to be first met in the first Season of TNG, I think a small role for Q would be great for Enterprise.
They wouldn't have to mention that he was "Q" or anything, but what I was thinking, when, or if they ever reveal the identity of "Future Guy" That would be a good way to do it. They wouldn't have to say at any point in the episode that that was Q, but if they could get John DeLancie to make an appearance, we would all know.

No. It would cause a continuity problem. Starfleet didn't know that Q existed until Next Generation.

That's why I was saying, don't metion that it was Q. John wouldn't even have to say anything, just reveal to us future guy's face, and then we would know that it's Q. But the crew wouldn't.

That makes no sense. He is more playful then threatening. Q qouldn't have done all that.
