I compared her look in "Storm Front" to the one in "Zero Hour". I can't see any change.
Her acting in "Storm Front" bothered me though. Blalock is trying too hard to show T'Pol's emotions. It looked like if her eyeballs was going to pop out of her face when Archer did his little comeback thing on the bridge. Too much.

She was more tan, i guess that the explosion from the xindi weapon was packing alot of UV's

thats what i thought, i thought her hair was differnt, i dunno, so of enterprise battle scares look diff also, wernt there scorches?

I'm sure she does look different. Everyone does when you don't see them for a while. Especially since the continuation of the series was being disputed. I think that the new series was delayed due to that.
