Petition to get another Skin on STV.com

I kinda like this theme too. It would be good however to have an option to change the background to a darker colour. I guess this depends of Morphy

I think it would be nice to have different options for skins, esp if one is LCARS

This current one is nice....but I like variety...hehe.

Having a choice would be cool.

And making a skin is time-consuming, yes, the hardest part is getting the images and making sure it looks good in different browser resolutions. But once you've got the images made, things get easier.

Ok, well, I saw this topic, and it immediately got my attention. Now, I think I'd best put in my bit. I think that this skin, while the same one since forever, is very classy, and very elegant, the logo at the top has really made it a lot better and the menu bar change did as well. I think what sets STV apart is it's originality, I really haven't seen this skin anywhere else, and if it is on a lot of different sites, I've yet to see it. I think that keeping this original skin, is like retaining the originality of the site. Yes, sometimes it's nice to have a choice for a different look, but you know what? I think that in this case, one skin is best. It's like the ora of STV.com. I voted no on this, and I'll stick with that vote til the end, and if you try and brainwash Morphy, so help me, I will jump through to the computer of anyone who trys and smack them clear to the other side of the galaxy. So, really, let Morphy decide, give him the petition, and if he says no, good. If he says sure, then I guess it won't be too bad, but I don't know him well enough to know what he would do, so, we'll see. Well, that's my bit, hope it was helpful to those of you who were undecisive. For now though, I think I will retire to my resting chamber for the rest of dark, and wait for the bright light in the sky to penetrate my eyes to wake me from my slumber.
