My car decided not to start yesterday so I had to leave my place at 7:30 this morning and walk 1/2 hour to work. Then I went to Chik Fillet for the first time ever. Luckily I got a ride home, and to my other job. That's where I am now. Hopefully, I'll get a lift home again. Otherwise I'll probably get mugged or worse. Yeah, my life is grand!!! Well, at least I am well aware things could be much, much worse!!

Hey... I work at chick-fil-a *Random interjection *

Is this supposed to be how my day actually went or how I wish it could have gone?

Reality: Woke up at 12-ish and realized I'm getting a cold. Felt extrememly zombie like all day. Watched FOTR extended ( ) Wne to library. Went to grocery store with my one dollar and 11 cents and bought a little box of brownies. Came home. Got on net for long long time. Listened to CD I burned and Coldplay CD. Going to watch quantum leap. Going to get too little sleep. Going to wake up and go to work. Going to leave on a plane to arizona for my step-brothers wedding and the dress I ordered online hasn't gotten here yet, so my dad will be extremely miffed because he gave me 100 dollars for a dress and shoes and now I have neither and I already owe him 40 dollars.

What I wish happened: I was walking down the street singing and this guy walked by and gave me a record deal and tons of money, then I ran into my celeb crush and he fell head over heals for me and asked me to marry him, so I did, then we flew to new zealand for our honeymoon and toured where they filmed lord of the rings inbetween going to the beach and surfing, then we got beamed up by voyager and they gave me and my husband our own ship and I was the captain and he was my first officer and I got to have pointy ears 'coz I turned into a half vulcan. Then we beamed down to a planet where there was a stargate and we met daniel jackson, who also fell for me, but I was already married, so I had to tell him so he cried and tossed me and hubby through the gate and we landed in the shire where everyone thought I was an elf because of my pointy ears.

hmm...today I woke up at 5:45 and went to seminary, then to school, then to band, and then home, where I got on the internet, finished my homework, and started on the History essay I'm doing now. I also organized my backpack, and learned a new word. The word is boffin, which means "scientist, esp. research scientist." awesome possum. Now I'm talking to a pit kid. Oh, and I also planned a marching band pasta party. And made lasagna and chile. So...today was pretty productive I guess...

I woke up at 8:45 (ha to the high school Jesse), and watched DS9 as I finished homework and did laundry. then I went to English 190 class, where I got my first in class essay that was actually graded back and I got a B+. I was ticked because it was a really good essay, about setting, right? I wrote about Hemingway's "A Clean, Well, Lighted Place" and wrote about the setting as night vs. day and light vs shadow, which is actually setting, not just regular setting stuff like "the restaurant". Anyway, I think she wanted me to be more shallow and just talk about the restaurant and that's why I got only a B+ (dude, Jesse I would've gotten at least like... a 92 in Lair's class). Anyway. then I got home and ate lunch and ironed my shirt and filled out my application and went to my interfview. I got hired on the spot, right (cool) and then had to get a drug test. I finished that and came home and went to Chipotle with my brother and then we came home and watched some Voyager Season 4 on DVD. And now, I'm working on my mopm's graduate essay, which will hopefully get a better grade than a B+

Okay, here goes.

So I was up all day yesterday because I had to make some arrangements with my friend to watch her kids for the weekend, so she could fly to Paris and enjoy herself. This is all good, but we made the plans for me to watch them over two weeks ago. Before the new work schedule came out for this week. Surprise, surprise, I had to work last night, so no sleep there. And today I have a doctor's appointment that is at a hospital that is three hours from where I live. So, by the time I get to bed tonight (and put the kids to bed) I will have been up for over 48 hours. Talk about a bummer.

totally! that is a bummer. I can't function even if I've only been up for 22 hours... well, look on the bright side. At least you didn't get a B+ on a good essay

This is true. Cause if I had gotten a B+ on a perfectly good essay, I may have been inspired to become violent... and that is never good.. for anyone involved. Of course, I am not much more pleasant when I haven't been sleeping...my doctor better wear body armor today.
