PostSun Sep 26, 2004 2:02 pm    T-shirts!

Who else thinks we should make STV t-shirts? They could have STV in big letters on the front and underneath it www.startrekvoyager.com in small letters, and they could be jersey style and have our SNs across the back like a jersey! How cool would that be??

But then. STV members wouldn't be able to identify each other.

Seriously, though, that would be sweet.

I have only learned of one member of STV that lives in my area, in fact goes to the same high school as me. The idea is good, but how many of you would really buy it and who would be in charcge of making the T-Shirts?

Freaky, just go to one of them "design yo own t-shirt websites" and create one yourselves. I'd be scared to see people with a shirt like that though, they could be midgets, or they'd try to hit me thing with going 110mph...

No need to go to one of those web sites... I'm gonna paint one myself *hehehe*
I have fabric paint or whatever it's called. And it's totally midget free... or something...

Tsss
Awesome? Like a hotdog?
(sorry, I just couldn't let that pass... only 4 days left... )

Anyway... yeah it's quite cool... but I'm terrible at drawing/writing so the t-shirts are quite ugly after I'm finished with them

If we had Hats of some kind, Black ones with big letters: STV on the left side, I might buy one of them.

Why wouldn't you wear the shirt?! I so totally would!!!

But making them yourself wouldn't be any fun coz then everyone's shirts would look different

True. How would you go about doing this? Who would pay? How do members get a T-shirt sent to them?

Same. Many people still think Trekkies are nerds.

The payment question: you could use paypal
The shipping question: what about just sending it, you know, post offices and such

Everyone would make their own shirts of course. But someone with an artistic talent could make a template and put it on the 'net, and in that way everyone's shirts would look the same...
Ok this is no fun anymore, cuz it sounds serious

Uhm, being a nerd rocks! Duh

My thought was someone could design it and then have a company like cafepress.com make it or something.
