i think its part of space where instead of an empty vacuum, there is biological fluid. its where species 8472 come from.

Wouldn't all the fluid clump up? I mean, hypothetically, if the fluid had a great enough density, then the gravitational field should pull all the fluid together.

The only way I could see possible that fluidic space could exist, is if it were living, and if it intentionally repelled itself from itself.

that dimension with the fluid was probably formed naturally along with the rest of the universe, and evolution allowed spieces 8472 to evolve there.

It is an another dimension in space. You're right, spieces 8472 could had created that realm for themselves. Very little is known about 8472 and fluidic space. We don't even know their real name, only the Borg designation "Spieces 8472".
