But this was 2 hours long, and a whole new season with new main characters.

So I noticed. But it didn't seem all that amazing, but it was pretty good.

I thought that the shuttle was pretty cool. "I'm thinking I had a turkey sandwich" Nothing happens. "It was worth a try."

It is pretty good, I just think that they need to lay off of Wraith this and Wraith that for a few episodes. They're kind of running it into the ground. From the commercials it appears that the upcoming episode has nothing to do with the Wraith. *much rejoicing in background*

The team has almost the exact same personalities as SG-1,

The leader who pretends to be stupid.
The alien warrior.
The smart one.

I don't think they have the same personalities Not to mention there's mroe than 4. Weir is nothing like Hammond. Shepard and Jack are a bit comparable, but I think shepard is a bit more lighthearted. No one is like Daniel or Sam... Teyla is more emotional than Teal'c. And compassionate

Yes, they're different, but they have the same basics.

And I was talking about the team. Weir is kinda blah, she's never there.

You're right, there isn't a Daniel, instead we have the boring guy who's name I can never remember.

But that anal smart guy is the Sam on the team (the smart problem solver). Can't seem to remember his name, either.

Is it the canadian? See, the difference is, Sam isn't anal. Sam is cool. Well, not cool as in COOL but yano. Not to mention the fact that she can't stand him

Yes, the canadian. I know there's a difference, but they're both the smart/problem solving people on the team. I mean, the two teams are almost alike. Thank gosh they dropped the Daniel character this time around,

I so agree. Daniel characters are irritating,

*raises eyebrow, frowns* I beg your pardon. I'm anal and I'm willing to admit it, too. Are you saying anal people aren't cool? I'm hurt. j/k.

*Tries to look up the definition of anal* Eemmm...

What exactly does anal mean? I might be thinking of the word wrong

Other than "having to do with the anus" *kicks smarterchild dictionary*

Well, I suppose that's one definition of it. But that's not the one I'm thinking of. I think an anal person is basially the same thing as a perfectionist. If you've ever seen the show Monk, that character is the definition of the word to the extreme.

The colloquialism "Anal" derives from the phrase "Anal Retentive" meaning; Psychology indicating personality traits, such as meticulousness, avarice, and obstinacy, originating in habits, attitudes, or values associated with infantile pleasure.

But anyway.... I really loved Antlantis! I think it's going to be a great show. I just wish the puddle jumper didn't look like it was inspired by an empty toilet roll!

Well the episodes are mostly just minor problem episodes. Like the episode of getting stuck in the stargate. Soon enough the show will get twice as much action and become better.

By the official Stagate Atlantis website it says that "Home" should be episode 8 and "Underground" as episode 9 , but I'm quite sure that these episodes aired the other way around.
Can anyone else confirm this?

Oooooooh. Even though I loved it, I hated the ending to "The Storm." Technically it didn't end, but if you watched it, you know what I mean.

Yeah, the ending sucked. I liked the camera shot, though,
