Has anyone played Star Trek Invasion? It is a scream. For those never playing, here is what it is. You are cooper, an undertrained little cadet/ensign (im not sure which) and you are given command of a valkeryie fighter. Worf is your commanding officer, and you complete various missions such as attacking romulans and escorting transports.
For those who have played I am on mission 4, 16% through.

I've played it only once before at my friends house. I was almost done the first mission when a huge Romulan Warbird decloaked and started slapping my puny fighter around.
The intro is AWESOME. It was like 36 Borg cubes pouring into the Alpha Quadrant.

It is. But I heard the levels are super hard sometimes. But that's what makes it fun I guess.

The romulan mission is actually the second mission. You just skipped the first (its boring as hell all you do is fly through hoops and shoot holo ships). The romulans are pretty easy, just warp away and keep coming at it. Save all your torpedoes and use the type 10 phasers as much as possible. Eventually they just yell at you and run away like the little wussies they are...

The first mission is compromised of two parts. Part one has five missions to do.
Mission one: fly through hoops with the greatest of ease.
Mission two: fly through hoops while using tractor beams on little colored boxes.
Missions 3 - 5: firing on holo ships, chasing holo ships.
Part two is fun. You first shoot holo ships. Then save your wingman. Then fight the borg. The borg is really hard because they adapt to your weapons, and borg spheres are flying around shooting you faster than you could ever go. You have to concentrate on the cube, much as you do in the romulan mission (on the D'deridex). Then the borg cube goes away, and you fight the romulans.

I am stuck on a mission where you battle the Kem Jahta or something like that. You fight them in the upper atmosphere, but they are super fast. I take too long to torch them and Worf tells me I am trying his patience and gives me 180 seconds to win.

The game is a fighter sim. You fly a federation fighter against enemy ships. I've only played one level of the game but it was fun. Defiant owns it he can explain better then I can.

There are five copies of it on Amazon. ca. $13. These ones are used. To get a brand new one, you have to give them your email address, and they will let you know when they are in.

I am going to get five or so new copies of it for distrubition to my friends. That is really helpful information, thanks.
The game is you as a cadet. You progress in rank as you complete more missions. You are in a holo simulator overseen by Worf, and you have a valkeryie fighter to shoot, manuever, etc. with. It is alot of fun, and challenging too. There are 25 missions overall, 1 to 2 players. You play dual play and you can have the two players in different little ass ships, and choose to fight with Borg, Romulans, or Cardassians around other than the two of you.
