No, no. 1st of all, I think that adding the applause DURING the speech makes it more powerful.

As much as I hate to say it, I have to agree with RM. I would like it if they would let us hear the WHOLE speech, but I guess that just isn't going to happen. It is just not the way things work.

I heard Giuliani's again. Edited so that the applause was very breif. The speech was very "powerful" on it's own.

One thing I notice is that I haven't seen a lot of Kerry supporters posting on the two main threads.(Although know that I have said this you'll see people posting )

Nah, it more of the fact that usually, I'm the only one who speaks up on the behalf of the democrats then has about a hundred people jumping down my throat and calling me a spinner.
It's useless to argue anyway. No matter what anyone says, it's the people of voting age who will decide this election, and half the people arguing on the side of republicans here aren't even old enough to vote or do not live in the US.
We'll find out who was right, and who was wrong come November.
But in all seriousness, with all the swing voters listening to people like Howard Stern, Michael Moore, etc. I don't think Bush has much of a chance.

The one I posted is reset the first of every month, and is one 'net users don't have to go looking for, AOL pops it up when you sign on, so it's clearly very high traffic.
I'm sure if I did a search I could find one that has either Bush or Kerry at 100%. That's why I chose the one I did,  Because it's in a high traffic area.

Dude, I am sure that most of the messenger services out there have them one way or another, but AOL is really good at it. As to your earlier statement about most people voting for Bush on this site being either underage, or from another country, you are wrong. Most of the people wo actually discuss the race are of age, and vote. If you take away votes from the Repubs for out of country, and underagers, take twice as many of the Kerry supporters out. Most of them are from different countries. Save a few, but not near as many as are out of country.

Probably cause most of them don't really care about the election as long as Bush isn't in again. A lot of the anti-Bush people here aren't Americans, but other nationalities who thing what he is doing is wrng.
