Monkey, if I'm not mistaken, it seems like you just copied the previous post. Plus in your posts you give the reason that Gene said it, true or not, and give a "so there" at the end, which honestly does sound quite childish. This is a forum for discussing theories and what we're trying to figure out to be true. Stating one piece of information as pure fact and saying that is the final word is not the proper way to conduct yourself in a forum such as this. Good day.

my theory is that we're all right. Voyager left Dry Dock with Type VIIIs, but in Scorpian 7 of 9 upgraded Voyagers weapons to accomodate the Borg Technology to 'destroy' species 8472, thus upgrading them to type IX. then in various enjcounters with the borg they have tweaked the phasers and upped the power, logically they've gaind power and become type Xs. what';s the highest class phaser, is it XIV??? Eterprise E has them whatever they are

You people are scary. I scared my mum by talking in sync with voyager saying: "Is it my imagination, or did he just call you captain?" in an Irish accent.
The best phasers are the handheld ones from Enterprise. they actually look like a weapon. TNGs look like weird cooking utensils...
Voyager has the best built in phasers, but I don't think they can be classified as a type as they have been adapted specially for the Delta quadrant...
