Indeed it would be nice! 
Whenever I see them use a hypospray in Star Trek I wish that they had those in real life. I hate needles. They seriously make me nervous big time. So, in a nutshell, I feel the same way as you about them.

^ I don't mind needles I'd poke myself with one*if it was clean* if someone dared me to  I want to get a tatoo someday *maybe* too, so...
Why are you people afraid of itty bitty needles?! I don't get it. I'm sure all of us have gotten injured worse than a needle poke in our lives, yet a lot of people are afraid of needles. I dun get it
