I would say no, but that's because I'm Canadian and we're possessive about our territories and provinces.
If Nova Scotia really wanted to separate, then they would have to submit a referendum first, like Quebec has done in the past. This would be some sort of nation transfer though.
I have nothing against Nova Scotia, it's a great Canadian province, and I'd be sad to see it go.

Woohoo! Nova Scotia should come join us! As they appear to want to, I love them,

I don't think it's a wise idea, I mean, if Nova Scotia wants to ceced from Canada and annex to the US, then all those people wouldn't be Canadians, that land wouldn't be a part of Canada, and Nova Scotia's a good Canadian province from what my mom and my dad's stepfamily talks about it, so why ruin it by making it a part of another country, even if it is the United States.

Tssssss, who cares how nice it is there? If the people want to join us, then they should be allowed to. Sheesh. It wouldn't be "ruining it" for them, Besides, they'd be rid of their horrid sales tax.

No, it would be ruined for them. They would have to go to our *beep* war, listen to our *beep* laws, etc. Let them be.

Well, apprently they'd be willing to accept that, according to the poll.
"Let them be"? They said themselves, without any USA influence, that they wanted to join the US. It's not as if we're forcing them,

I think its a good idea. The more the merrier.
I don't really have any problems with anyone becoming a state in the union.
