If the economy needs lots of money how do you give the economy lots of money? Do you raise taxes or cut programs?
Well if you answer that....
By Raising Taxes you help the economy but make a lot of people very angry because many people would rather not pay 10 cents extra too pay for school books for many public schools.
By cutting programs you save money and earn money but in the end making a lot of people very angry because they liked that program you just cut.

You cut taxes and cut specific programs that are less-needed.
Well if you answer that....

No, you would not help the economy--things would be worse. And Kerry would raise taxes more than just 10 cents--perhaps he'll push for another 50 cent gas tax.

That's why you take the time to think about the Programs that you will cut.
