My parents like to eat a sandwich made out of a kind of "hard bread" with pickled herring and dill.
I myself prefer the hard bread known as "knckebrd" with a kind of brown, sweet cheese that tast a bit of vanilla and paprika on top of that. Yummy!

You take a sandwich, slice it down the middle. Then you put on a nice and thick layer of the raw meat, put it on the bread. Afterwards, you put a lot of pickels on it and add tabasco. Hot! Close the sandwich and eat as fast as you can! | That must be strictly Belgian and French, 'cause I've never had a sandwich with raw meat
I don't eat many sandwiches, though. I'm not big on those I just eat 'em toasted and with cheese. And then it kinda starts melting there...GAH!
Too good.
Anyway, I also like something that is made of liver(Yes, liver) it sounds gross, but it's yummy. Dunno if it exists anywhere else, and I defenitely don't know how to translate it...It's called "leverpastej" here, though. And some slices of cucumber there. Nice.

^liver pt?
And that raw meat! Is it actually completely RAW? I've heard about meat that just have started to rotten, so it's not called raw... but entirely raw!

I like pt, but here you don't usually use it on sandwhiches. There's a lunch meat called liverwurst, which you use on sandwhiches. I don't really care for it. But pt is good,

Another od sandwich "a word for things to put on the sandwich" I found when i was in denmark was this chocolate slice. Really discusting! Think it was called "kempe plgg". Kempe means great, but it was everthing But great! Candy on the sandwhiche! Yuck!

Liver pat is good, although I like the duck liver pat the most.
And yes, the meat is raw. Actually, it's a steak chopped up and smashed until it becomes a paste. They spice it up and add some mayo I think. So the meat is prepared but it remains raw. I think only Belgium, France and maybe Switzerland has this sandwich.

Mmmm! Raw meat paste *do the Homer drool*, sounds delicious... I wonder why only Belgium and France has it? Maybe it's because... well I donno... maybe cuz it's RAW! The French and their delicate food... yeah right!
And I don't eat duck liver pt, they are too crule to the ducks! They fatten them grosely so that their livers will grow with an unnaturally rapid rate

I usually have a turkey, bacon and mayo sandwich at work. When you work at a sandwich shop, and don't have to pay for your food, you fall into a rut, Though we have experimented at times.
