I believe she just needed a break. Someone or something set her over the edge, although she hasnt made that public yet. She will be back sometime.

Yeah. She had been thinking about having a break for a bit, and then a few people in chats really annoyed her and so she made up her mind. She might not be back properly for a while though, as she could be going off to join the navy next year and so won't be able to get online much.

No. I'm sure none of you directly set her off and she wanted to leave just like that.
From what I have observed it was just she would like to move on in the overall scheme of things. She may have also become much less avaliable and is no longer able to be an admin.
I hope she does drop in regulary from time to time.
