How would you like to die?

Just before i die i want my mind transferd into a computer so i could live forever, matrix like, but throught the internet.

I have a friend who says she'd like to die by drowning because she said she'd like a minute or so of peace before she dies.... *shrug*

A minute of peace? What the? Lol. Drowning is one way I would HATE to die. Along with suffocation and fire and a couple others.

^yep, same, cant stand enclosed spaces either, that scene in diehard when he almost plummets to his death, dont like that, especially because he ends up in a titchy ventilation duct *shudders*

A bit claustrophobic are we? No worries though, so am I. As far as I can remember, I've only died three ways in my dreams. None of them pleasant at all. One, my house catches fire and I burn to death (had this many, many times). Two, I get stabbed in the solar plexus, it hits a lung and I drown on my own blood (had this one once). Three, the ever classical, I fall from a great height and splatter on the ground. (had this a couple of times). None of them, was I saving someone else, none of them quick and painless.

The only death I remember ever dreaming about was when I was standing in my garage with some friends and this mountain lion came around the corner of the culdesac. It ran into the garage and jumped at me, biting my neck. but it wasn't painful and I wasn't scared. I just remember feeling ewarm blood go down my neck and then I died. *shrug* but I've never had really bad dreams.

My dreams of death are always really odd, in one I had this odd disease where if I didn't do something perverse every five minutes, I'd die, and I didn't, and I just droped dead.

Hmmm... that is strange, I had a strange disease in one of my dreams, but I found the cure before I died. I forgot this one in my other post, I once had a dream where a good friend of my best friend's brother was discovered to be a murderer, but me and a non-existing friend found out about it. He killed my friend by pouring some sort of powdery acid on him, then pulled out a scythe type thing and all I had to defend myself was a knife from my kitchen's knife rack (I was in the kitchen after all.) It didn't work well in defending and he buried the scythe in my skull. That's about when I woke up and officially started to freak out every time I saw that guy at school and church.

Hmmmm for me I guess I would like to die warm in my bed, asleep. Or if I had to die at a younger age, I would die protecting someone I loved, or just die saving others. Knowing me it would probably be me getting shot lol

why not skydiving? that'd be cool if ur parachute didnt open.

also, since we're talking about dreams...i've had dreams where i get shot by terrorists...around times when no one was talking about them, too.

like, once i was walking to a concert or something and i saw these planes and they were flying low. everybody started running after they started shooting at us. i was running with some friends and they shot me in the acheles tendent (sp?) i couldnt run anymore. i kept trying to go, just trying to protect my friends. after it was all over, i got it looked at and i couldnt walk anymore.

another one was i was walking home from somewhere, and i saw this plane flying low, and i started running. i saw a gate and hid between the door and the fence. i opened it a little to look out and i saw this person with a missle launcher right in front of me. the person fired it, and i died...the wierd thing is that i didnt wake up. i forced myself to stay asleep to see what would happen next, and i saw all white, but then my eyes opened. it was cool.

Wow. That is awesome. Have you ever had those dreams where you know it's a dream, but you remain asleep. By all means I would have died in a bicycle crash in one of my dreams. (running into a guard-rail, flipping over it and falling to my death) But amid fall, I realized I was dreaming and had fun with it. It was so much fun. Too bad it had to end eventually.

I also once had a dream that my family and I were having a vacation in Kaui like we do every year. We were staying at Hanalei Bay resort when a hurricane kicked up. It started to flood the timeshares closer to the beach very quickly, and the clouds were so thick that it seemed like it was night time when really it was the middle of the day. Everyone was running for their lives and getting the heck out of there on whatever vehicle they came on. Several cars were smashed by blown over trees or some form of debris. All of a sudden, I wasn't at Hanalei bay resort anymore but at the airport with my family, waiting for our flight. The hurricane was still in progress. Suddenly my family and I were no longer waiting for the plane, but we were in the plane, waiting to take off. It eventually did and was struck by lightning and crashed. Everyone on board died. I had this dream very recently and was disturbed by how real it seemed. It was not fun.

OKay...lol I wanna freeze to death..they say that once you're completely frozen over, like a popscicle..your body shuts down and you sleep....and then you die.....

So, in the future...while I'm exploring the universe on some freezing cold planet and I get left behind or trapped...that would be the ideal way to die....freeze to death...but before I leave, my mind has to be transferred to a super computer
