Thu Jul 01, 2004 3:26 pm Florida's 2004 ballot: A Sneak Peek! |
|
In an effort to make the November election go more smoothly than it did in 2000, the State of Florida has redesigned their ballot to be easier and more fun than their 2000 ballot.

Just wondering here... Do the Democrats think that all "missing" votes would have been for Gore? That's quite presumptuous, don't you think? And it isn't it amazing that Bush & Co. magically knew that Florida would end up being a key state...

Actually, it's just the opposite, every time they turned up more votes with the many, many recounts, Bush widened his margin of victory. There is no doubt that Bush won this election rightfully, If someone wanted to debate the electoral system, fine, but that IS the way it's run.
Also, lets not forget about the 500 military votes that were disallowed because the postmaster on the base didn't send them in time. Military votes are typically 70=80% republican.
