Per how much time?
It depends on the time passed. If it's 276 problems reported per 100 cars over a time period of 10 years I'd say Ford is very good. But if it's 276 problems reported per 100 cars over a time period of 10 days I'd sell my car tomorrow.

If I remember correctly (and there is a 50-50 chance on that), then this was taken over a 3 year period. However, I am not at all sure on that.
