PostFri Jun 25, 2004 2:16 am    When you were 12...

Hullo. In this topic you shall tell us what you were like at 12. Feel free to post a pic of you when you were 12. If you are still 12, or are younger, feel free to tell us about yourself now. That is all.

Well... except ME @ 12... *cheesy grin*

When I was 12 I had been an internet junkie for... a year? I was extremely into Hanson... like, 10 times what I am now. I switched to homeschool from public school at 12. I cussed a lot I wasn't as dedicated a Christian as I am now. I wasn't really into trek... hadn't heard of LOTR. I got into the Matrix when I was 12. I met an online friend for the first time at six flags. I wrote acapella songs and dreamt of having a band someday. I wanted to be a drummer. I was slightly neurotic I got into Green day... *smiles at fond memories*

Here's me at 12!

When I was 12, I gees the memories I could tell. I don't know how to post a pic. I was so skinny back then I got picked on. Everybody called me Bones. I was into heavy metal but thank goodness that change later on in life. I was extremely shy. Daddy's girl big time and at 29 I still am

At twelve I...hn. Twelve was a very lonely year, but I was perfectly content. Didn't have any close friends to speak of then, things didn't get better until I turned 13. I was just getting into Jewel's music at the time, which helped things...I started a novel I'm still writing, which was good. Started college that year, too, learning chemistry. Did double schoolwork to graduate early... It was all a blur.

Mostly the same as right now. I was 12 about 6 months ago. Addicted to ST, SW, Computers, Guns, Terminator movies, Alien, Aliens, Alien 3 (i guess), Alien Ressurection, Predator (not predator 2 as much), and of course... RAMMSTEIN!!!

When I was twelve, I really had a group of friends. I actually had all As that year, with all available Pre-AP classes. I took the SAT, and got an 1190. The orchestra program at school started, and I helped the beginners. I finally went to All-Region Orchestra and made it. I played around with my writing, experimenting with fanfics. All in all, twelve was a great year.

Oh lets see... I was in seventh grade. I played the oboe back then. psh crazy oboe. I also won my first nationally accredited thing for my writing, it was a Civil War short story. And... it was my first year in IB so I probably thought I was pretty smart. I wanted to be a writer. and maybe an archaeologist because we went on a cool fossil digging field trip. I think that was about it

Man! You expect me to remeber something from 3 years ago? Do I look like a robot?

Anyway, at twelve I was extremely hyper. I have no idea why. I also thought that my teacher was trying to torture me. Soooooooo much homework. I have no pics because that's before I had a digital camera.

haha...i'm 16 now, but when I was 12 and in 6th grade (i think that's what grade you are in when u are 12....6th or 7th) I was completely OBSESSED with Star Trek. Everyone thought I was a geek (must have been a cool geek though cuz everyone hung out with me ) and I was. You should have seen my room! I had trek stuff everywhere, and it's all I talked about. I remember in 6th grade, I got a few people obsessed with Star Trek who had never even seen it before.

Well, let's see. When I turned twelve, I was in the middle of seventh grade, got all A's. I was a pretty quiet person and as white as snow from never seeing the sun. I stayed in as much as I could. Completely antisocial. Wouldn't talk to anyone, not even on the internet. I had been an internet junkie, but really only surfed the web. I didn't post in it. Then I moved from Virginia to Hawaii, where I am now. I was happy about that at the time, but now that I look back on it. I wish I could have stayed in Virginia. Then I started homeschooling in eighth grade, became even less social and tried even harder to stay out of the sun, seeing as how it's hotter and harsher here near the equator. And then I turned thirteen.

Don't remember much about being 12, or that much at all, for that matter. I do remember that it was my favourite year though at school, as we didn't have to do anything at all (the teachers used to fight amongst themselves alot, so not too much ever got done).

(my dad had built a little apartment in the store), and i didn't really have too many friends...i had more fun in high school...oh, also the girl that i had a crush on for six years (and never told her) moved! anyways, yeah, that was a really sucky year.

When I was 12... humm...

One on my presents was a filing cabinet. I broke my wrist after falling on my sister's rollerblades, and spent Christmas in plaster. I was bullied in school, spent a lot of time on the net, in the library, and at school. I taught 6 formers (17/18 year olds) how to use a scanner and printer. I taught the IT teachers how to use the internet. I learnt violin. I had a term of singing lessons. I didn't have a best friend. Lee Simpson in school drew Voyager and other Star Trek related stuff all over my folder (he was a really good artist), although I wasn't as into Star Trek then as I am now.

I've got a photo... I'll scan it and put it up when I find it.

When I was 12 I was in 5th or 6th grade, short, fat, and a dweeb. ummmm I didn't really have any friends, but I was good at writing stories, and that was the first year I had won young authors. I liked N'Sync and the Backstreet Boys.

I don't remember anything about me beeing 12 years old. Only 7 years ago, but I can't remember. Humm.. I think I was kind of weak, if you compare to now. If anyone talked back to me, I thought they didn't like me. Plain and simple I cared what other tought of me alot more then I do now. People are in general nice. Didn't know that then.
