PostThu Jun 17, 2004 10:13 pm    The Final Poll George W. Bush or John Kerry or Ralph Nader

Who should run this country as president?

I am undecided at the moment.

Ralph Nader is still running even though he is not going to win lol

I don't just think that the American people will see the truth and vote for bush--no, I think that Bush WILL win...
I HOPE he wins. I don't trust Kerry with my country.

It's clear that voting doesn't always work look at the huge messup last election what I think we should do is put Kerry, Bush and Nader in a back Alley and give them each a baseball Bat let them go at it the last one standing and breathing should have the country.

"The Presidential Fight": I love it

I don't care who's going to win, so long as they behave themselves and don't take it on themselves to invade other countries.

To me it feels like all politicians are the same. Same shlt diffrent name... and I don't care that much who'll win. But if I had to guess I'd say Kerry.

Oh Please, Kerry has no morals, he is a liar and flip flopper. Do you really want a liar like him for President who is not going to protect America? In my opinion Kerry is not the best candidate.

You can't have morals and be president at the same time And it would be great if no one would protect America coz then we sweeds could invade your country and colonize it No just kidding.

I just think that it can't get worse, so go Kerry.

Yes a President can morals and be president. No I won't go with a liar like Kerry who is a flip flopper. What makes you think you know whats best for my country when you are in another with due respect. In my opinion that is so dont take it the wrong way.

I'm sorry didn't want to upset you there. This is just what I think. If I lived in America and could vote, then I would vote for Kerry, at least I think. The moral thing is not all joke thou... I mean the most people have morals that says that it is wrong to kill other people, and if you are a president and then starts a war... well that kind of contradict its self...you know...

That is not true. Bush has morals--Kerry has few.
And for your info, you can find ALL YOU NEED TO NO, withOUT spin in my Essay on John Kerry in the World News forum.

You hit it right on the dot! That's the point that I ALWAYS make and have consistently made on this forum. Rush speaks truth. I've yet to hear him lie. Plus, it's been PROVEN that the vast majority of the media/press is Liberal--just look at CNN, the New York Times, and the LA Times--the 3 most Liberal media/press outlets.

The media will do ANYTHING to get Bush out of office. They may not be too big of fans of Kerry, but still....

Oh, and a recent Kerry flip-flop: (Just this week)
In the beginning of the War in Iraq, Kerry gave TREMENDOUS support for the war and said that "Iraq's WMDs are a grave threat" (I have SEVERAL exact quotes) but now he's saying that, "President Bush MISLEAD us into war..."

In the last Presidential Election (2000) he was the GREEN PARTY's Candidate for President. He lost by a long shot, but some Democrats say that he helped Bush win by stealing votes. Whether that's true or not depends on your point of view.
And he's also MORE LIBERAL than Kerry. Most likely MUCH more Liberal, but since he is running as an INDEPENDENT (No political party) he has to get people to help him get on the ballot for EACH STATE.

I seriously believe that a new poll for this is needed.

The New poll should be for US citizens who are old enough to vote in the upcoming election.

That is a thought, but then it's also discrimination, in a way.

I wouldn't mind having a registered US Voter-only poll that ANYONE COULD speak out their mind just couldn't actually VOTE...That would work.

Out of all the people running, I only trust Bush to run this country.

Are you saying that by voting last election, Bush shouldn't have won? I'm sorry, but I horribly disagree. Do you know how many recounts were asked for by Gore and as a result, how many ballots for Bush were lost? Did you know that many democrats were cheating and were voting more than once? If anything was screwed up, it would have been if Gore had won last election. I don't mean to be contradictory or anything, but I just had to point that out.

Pfft, leave it open. This way we get to read the amusing sh*t from people who apparently know what's going on here better than we do.
I also love how you all conveniently "forget" that Saddam, and by extension, Iraq, broke dozens of terms dozens of times, and that the UN were too cowardly to do anything about it. Don't you just love self-righteous people? Oh, look, it's Saturday, let's go invade a country, God. Educate yourselves, please.

Starting a war is immoral, it's wrong, and it never solves anything...

Oh, yeah, except for a few tiny little things like freeing the slaves, stopping terrorist dictators, ending the torture of innocent citizens in Afghanistan and Iraq, stopping Hitler's Nazi holocaust, ending Japanese fascist imperialism, ridding the world of Soviet communism, liberating the United States from British rule thus establishing modern democracy - freedom of speech, religion, assembly and press.

...next lame argument?

War is not immoral, it's a great service to the world to take down evils like those listed above. That's something the U.S. knows, and most of the rest of the world has forgotten.

You hit it on the dial!!! (or however you say it) War is NOT immoral if you do it for the right reasons. WE did it for the RIGHT reasons, and liberated a country in the meantime.
War IS immoral when Hitler goes around conquering places to create an impressive regime. (The retalliation is NOT)
And FYI, there was NO combat between the US and Soviet Union, but I get the idea. If we DID go to combat with them, then it would NOT be immoal.
