I'll probably see it. When I was younger I read Garfield books all the time. I do have a 2004 Garfield desk calender on my desk, but I just don't think Garfield strips have been very funny the past few months. Maybe because I've gotten older and it's just not as funny.

Oh yes, I shall see it. I'm curious about it and I do have a good feeling about it.
I'm not a big fan of CGI but I ALWAYS give something a chance (apart from the upcoming Catwoman movie, I'm afraid I've condemned that already).
I do like Garfield, I used to read the newspaper strip years ago (I don't even know if Garfield is a resident in any current UK newspaper-I'll have to find out). And the cartoons were brilliant.
At the end of the day, if it is funny and entertains me, it will have done it's job. But I can't wait.

I saw it last Saturday, and it was pretty good. BUT IT WAS VERY PREDICTABLE. There were some funny lines in it however, and Bill Murray did a wonderful job.

This is how much of a nerd I am: I'm looking at the commercials going, "Odie does not look like that! And he's not a dachsund mutt like that article said. Jon doesn't know what he is; Jon's dad asked him, and he didn't know what type of dog Odie was." Yeah...I'm not a major Garfield fan, of course not.

I'm not too sure about it... I'm too fond of the Garfield cartoon, and this Garfield seems not Garfield-ish. I mean... how can they portray odie as an actual dog? An actual dog could never be as dumb as odie. And if Garfield doesn't push him off a table, I'm leaving!!
