Who's going to see Lara Croft: Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life when it comes out in July? I will see it.


Cast: Angelina Jolie (Lara Croft), Chris Barrie (Hillary), Gerard Butler (Terry Sheridan), Ciaran Hinds, Djimon Hounsou, Til Schweiger, Noah Taylor (Bryce);


Based Upon: This is the sequel to the hit film, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, which opened to over $48 million on June 15th, 2001, setting the record for the highest opening for a movie starring a woman, which was itself based upon the popular "Tomb Raider" videogame series. The latest entry, "Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness" will be available, exclusively on the Sony Playstation 2, in the fall of 2002.

The first one didn't get a very good review did it? I never got round to going to see it at the cinema so I don't know. I'll probably go see this one though...

I bought the DVD yesterday. Watched it last night and realised I had just thrown �15 down the drain. Well maybe not that bad but it was by no means a particularly good film in my book.

I saw the first Lara movie yesterday and I must say, the second is much better. The second movie has a story, the first doesn't!

I didn't like the first movie but I am willing to give anything a chance. I have reserved a copy of the sequel through online rental company www.lovefilm.com

It does look a good film and, hey, Angelina Jolie is barefoot in the movie a couple of times so that's one reason to see it!

I thought the CGI was a bit shoddy in places as well...but if your a Tomb Raider fan it's pretty good - I just ordered "Angel of Darkness" for PC while we're on the subject lol.
