Stargate SG-1 is my favorite series because the whole story is so fantastic and I like the SG-1 guys.
What is your favorite episode?
Mine is Nemesis/Small victories.

I LOVE STARGATE SG-1!
my fave episode is "there but for the grace of god"
also i heard that at the end of series 5 they will introduce a new main villian and series 6 will build up the 2nd upcoming stargate movie

After last weeks episode on Fox at midnight (eastern) I'm confused does Teal'c have a Gou'd symbiote or a Tolec Sorry I forget how to pronounce it. I jsut started watching this but I have caught a few episodes that were really good.

I don't watch the episodes at the same time as you guys since I'm in the UK so I don't know which episode you might be talking about.
I can tell you that the Jaffa are soldiers that can be thought of as incubators for the Goa'uld. They each carry a symbiont (called a primm'ta?) through to maturity but are connected so as only to share the symbiont's strength. It has no control over the Jaffa at all.
When the symbiont is fully grown it leaves the jaffa (who then gets a new one) and finds a 'host' which it proceeds to take over completely.
I am sure that there was a reference in one episode that said that Teal'c could not be taken over by a Goa'uld because he was a Jaffa.
The tolec/tolak you refer to I think should be Tok'ra (meaning "against Ra!") These are symbionts that inhabit willing hosts and share consciousness with them rather than take over. The Tok'ra have genuine Multiple Personality Disorder! / 
Can I just take this opportunity to say that I will be seeing Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson from the show) in three weeks for an evening in my home town. I know from my ticket that I'm one of the first five people in line for an autograph!
I'm also going to see Bob Picardo (Voyager's holodoc) on Friday and I'm in the top 20 for that one! Woohoo!!!

u will luv him he is so sweet i got all the sg-1 teams autographs and i got martoufs , apothis , hathor , jacob carter , janet fraisier, hammond , kwalski,ferreti and maybourne and many more i generally like traveling and i have seen so many gatecons that i built up my autograph collection my dad got amanda tapping (sam) to sighn a huge poster of her and he even got a peck on the cheek he also got 1 from teryl rothery (janet) i got 1 from chris judge and rvd my sister and mum got 1 of shanks i also got a kiss of j.r.bourne (martouf) arent i the lucky 1.

ive seen every episode and have got every episode uptodate on video and i couldnt really choose a fave episode there r many i like for egsample in the line off duty thats the 1 where sam becomes a tokra and 2010 ect................. im sorry to choose is impossible

Anoubis! I've seen about the first 6 or 7 episodes of the sixth series now and this guy is extremely powerful. Whatever they are building up to it's definitely gonna be something MASSIVE! He even has technology of the ancients!

right news for you all there is a series 7 its been confirmed richard dean anderson, amanda tapping and christopher judge have all agreed to be in it and they will be joined by teryl rothery and don.s.davis corin nemic has not been confirmed to be in the new series or to be any part of the movie but michael shanks is defnatily reprising his role as daniel jackson in the movie. 
ive got a couple of spoilers for the movie if any1 is intrested.

Yeah Anubis is da bomb , i have seen about 7 episodes of Series 6 now. Anubis is so cool and evil much more suprerior than that of Apophis.
