Geordi's true love

Why is it that Geordi LaForge never got a real love interest? He did get involved with Leah Brahms but that was a hologram!

He's the only character of TNG who never had an affair. I wonder why.

Please vote: did Geordi deserve a love affair or not?

yeah he should have had a relationship. AND it should have been a long relationship with that ensign that worked on that space station..u know that girl. Geordi had to go through all of her personal log on the spacwe station nearthe klingon boarder

Geordi was a great character and I think it would have ruined things slightly if he had had a romantic interest in much the same way I think it would have ruined other characters if they'd been attached.

I much prefer Geordi as Mr. Bachelor, doing what he does best-fixing problems on the Enterprise and coming up with solutions.

^About that Mr. Bachelor part, I agree. It seems to fit Geordi well. However, what I meant with this poll is that Geordi is the only character on TNG that didn't have some relationships. As far as I can recall he only dated Aquiel, the other I can think of is Leah Brahms but she was a hologram so that doesn't count...

I would have liked Geordi to have had at least 2 or three relationships during his seven years aboard the Enterprise-D.

Geordi needs a good woman to help him relacks and unwind at the in of the day, or maybe have him with two wives. He meets a two girls on a new planet where he falls in love with them both. Where it is there cultcher to mary two wemen.

His love interest was Dr. Leah Brahms, wasn't it? He was married to her in the future in the episode "All Good Things"

She wasn't just a hologram, she visited the ship once and treated Georgi like crap. She also found his holographic simulation of her and she wasn't amused.
