I can't remember much of the seventh season but I was wondering if Garak died, because I have forgotten.

No, he didn't. Although Zial did, perhaps that's who you're thinking of.

Well, I haven't came to the 7th season yet, but I would be tottaly knocked down if Garak died. Did Zyal and Garak have a relationship?

Yes she was half Bajoran/Cardassian and Dukat's daughter.

Garak did technically die in an Episode because in the "Search parts 1 & 2" the Dominion put the crew into a virutal scenario and in that Virtual Scenario, Garak is killed but hence it was only a Scenario so he didn't really die (and that was only in the 3rd Season too!)

Garak was in quite a lot of episodes throughout the entire series. He never died, and in fact played a major role in the series finale.

Not to put any spoilers or anything but he didn't die. in fact he killed the last Weyoun in the last episode. He helped free Cardassia from the Dominion and decided to stay there to help rebuild.
