Anime is horrible. It is basically cartoons that have people with huge eyes, mouths that can go from small to huge in two seconds, and when they are jumping or moving fast, it is just a colorful blur.

Is that your own opinion, or were you swayed by Homestarrunner?

I fail to see the "art" of anime.
The plot of Garfield: eat, sleep, and kick Odie off tables. No, shows such as Garfield usually don't have plots such as A B C, but they do tell short stories, for the sole purpose of amusement.
Peanuts definitely has a plot. It's more of an entire series than ep per ep plot, but clearly visible.

I don't like anime, either.

I like Scooby Doo best, then Sylvester and Tweety Mysterys. Arthur was pretty tight though.

"Home Movies" is probably my favorite cartoon, it's on Adult Swim. The humor is very dry and very awesome, that's the kind I like. Also, this sounds kind of dumb, but do you ever watch "Recess" on the Disney channel? It's also awesome because it is one of those very child based cartoons, but has so much mature humor that you can only get if you're older. It's also an awesome parody of what the playground is really like. Then of course, there're "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy", but those are just givens

As for Anime, the only ones i've seen are:
    Ghost in the Machine
    Princess Mononoke
    Spirited Away
Spirited Away being my favorite.

Yeah, that is a pretty funny show, . Mikey's probably my favorite character, .

Of the three I've only seen Princess Mononoke, and I though it was spectacular to say the least. I had to watch it a second time when I rented it, . I guess I'll have to check the other two out whenever I get some money to pay of my movie debt, .
