PostFri Apr 23, 2004 5:24 pm    William Shatner SPPLATS Wayne's world

I cannot believe the man is all of 73 years old. Not only does he ooze extraordinary vigor, he's "with it" in a young crowd. His enthusiasm hits the Richter scale when he talks about paintball or his work for charities that enrich the lives of physically or emotionally challenged children.

That's William Shatner, who appeared on The Wayne Brady Show yesterday (April 22nd) for an entertaining twenty-minute chat. Brady is a fan of Star Trek and T.J. Hooker. Shatner seems intrigued by his new character in The Practice. While talking energetically about Spplat Attack, Shatner suddenly clutches his chest, and whispers what sounds like "Oh, sh*t!", as he feigns a heart attack that makes Brady turn pale...

William Shatner @ The Wayne Brady Show (transcript and screen captures.)

I saw him on Miss Congeniality a few years ago and thought he was much younger.

We don't get The Wayne Brady Show here in Belgium; pitty.

Shatner 73 years old? Wow, I wish I could have his looks when I'm that age!

He was funny in the movie "Free Enterprise" - he plays a crazy, 'real-life' William Shatner.

I can actually imagine that it's really like that working with him

Did ya'll see Shatner in the country singer Brad Paisley video? The celebrity song I think it is the name of it. It was hilarious.
