It sucks badly. The last couple of episodes were "ok" but i rather watch re-runs of TNG.
I think a great series idea is to focus on "section XX". (xx = forgot the#)
The federation secret service.
That would be a great series with plenty of stories.
- spying on other species
- working on top secret tech.
- internal conflicts
endless possbilities.

What episodes were you talking about?
It's Section 31.  A series revolving around them does sound like a series that would be dark, interesting .. but not really very 'Star Trek', is it.

No need to bash Enterprise 
and I also agree...that series idea would be interesting but maybe a bit too dark, most likely wouldn't go down well with fans

Yea a series on Section 31 would be dark..and eventually it wouldnt be such a G rated show.

That is true, but I was thinking more "bright" Section 31. Less internal conflict such as "killing the founders to win the war".
YOu always hear "star fleet intelligence" well, after ALLL these series, i would want to know who the hell are these guys and how they obtained these info =)
Just a dream, don't think it'll ever be a series.

You obviously like ENT as do I but this forum is for people to express opinions, positive and negative. I personally think ENT is okay but I think it needs to improve a little and stop trying to be all things to all Trek fans. You'll never please hardcore Trekkies, casual Trekkies and new fans alike. It needs to create it's own identity.
Starfleet Intelligence would be interesting but some fans may think it was too far from Gene's original optimistic vision of co-operation and harmony.

Enterprise is awesome, enjoy it while its still here, after it ends there might not be another series for a long time

Yes, we need the ratings to stay up. It is hard to imagine what life will be like without star trek. Now that all 10 movies are finished and we're down to the last series, it is scary to think of what will happen.

My family wouldn't have a problem with enterprise being completely alone by it self. It's that it doens't seem to fit with the rest of Federation and Starfleet.
In some ways it seems to be the starting of Section 31
