Data is a powerful and fast andriod.
On the other hand Robocop is very accurate when shooting.

Data is also a sharp shot.
I voted Data. He is made out of much newer materials than Robocop. Data can most likely stand much more of a beating than Robocop. Also, isn't Robocop a cyborg? Half human half robot? If this is true, Data wins for sure...

Physically, it's possible that Robocop is stronger than Data. But I really don't think this contest would be down to physical power, it'd be brainpower.
And Data is a lot smarter than Robocop so he get's my vote.

Data is not a cyborg he is an android.
Data is much faster, smarter and I would even go as far to say stronger than any cyborg or human. That is way Data is the best.

I'm going with Robocop on this one, even without the guns. Robocop was designed specifically for combat while Data was not. I also think that Robocop's systems are designed to take much more of a beating than Data's. I still think Data is cooler though.

I think that it would be a tied match at first...but Data would eventually beat him. Most definatly.

Compare 24 ceatury phaser to a modern day pistol data is just better
