A Christmas without her
By: Kellee
She lost her mommy on 9-11,
And A Christmas without her was hard,
Her baby brother didn't understand,
But when she heard, "Your mom has gone to heaven with Jesus",
She felt dead,
Dead to the world,
Yet her brain was buzzing,
At Christmas they gave her presents,
When they visited her grave,
She won't ever forget her,
and she's making sure her brother doesn't either,
"Merry Christmas Mommy"
A Hero's View
By: Kellee
We sat in our seats,
exspecting a long trip,
What we got was,
unusual,
unexspected,
the sun was verily up,
when we relized something was wrong,
men called their wives,
women their husbands,
I called noone,
instead I stood up and challenged them,
we wrestled for a while and other men helped,
but we failed,
They took control,
and we sat still in our seats,
silence,
worry,
misery,
we felt all these things,
then we heard a crunch,
and all went black,
we saw nor felt no more.
Earths Eye's
By: Kellee
Most believe Earth has no eye's,
but I do,
I feel and see all,
And how something so harmful can happen on me,
I don't know,
I do know I am angry,
I am being harmed by you,
and you by terrorist,
So lets work together,
you clean me up,
and I'll keep beautiful,
And Iraqi's will be happy,
So we can all live in peace.
9-11 Deadly Day NC 17!!
By: Kellee
September,
A warm Day,
Kids at school,
Parents at home,
Some at work,
A happy day for some,
Hell for others,
A living nightmare,
One tower hit,
Then the other,
So much Death,
So much Destruction,
Innocent children loose loved ones,
Why? Comes out of many mouths,
No more Death! Signs on the street say,
Osama Bin Latin is to blame,
But we went after Sadam Huissen,
Darkness,
Pain,
Death,
All In A Single Day.

They probably would be true if the people that could tell them where alive, but there alive only in our memories so we must write the poems and stories for them.

Then and Now
By: Kellee
Pain,
Death,
Hurt,
No reason,
Suffering,
Crying,
Then,
Togetherness,
Changed,
Gleam,
Hope,
Patriotic,
Trust,
Now.
A Hero
By: Kellee
It is a hero that stood up to those men,
A hero to try to save them,
A hero that died for us,
A hero that made us cry,
The hero's came together for us,
To make one point clear,
America is strong and we fight together,
With hope,
With strength,
and Mostly with love.

She Feed Off Their Jokes
By: Kellee 3-12-04
They pointed and laughed,
Did anyone help?,
No they stood there,
No teachers,
No parents,
Nobody,
But Silently she grew angrier,
With every pointing snicker,
Every joke,
Only fed her,
Until the joke was on them,
Yes,
When the joke was on them it was differn't,
to see the pain in her eyes,
Her eye's were firery and laughing as she got her pleasure,
Everyone falling dead,
She must kill them all,
They deserve it!,
But now she can hear them coming from her,
She hears the guns load,
Oh they have made a mistake,
She tell's herself,
She grabs someone by the hair and pulls her against herself,
And then turns and stares into the faces of terrified students,
those horrid eyes now blank,
The nutural expressions as the teachers look at their dea friends and colleages,
and at last,
The anger in the eye's of the police,
"You don't want this." A cop tries to connect with her,
If only you knew how much I do,
She thought,
What was that cops name?,
Oh yes 'Officer Friendly',
The head of police is here now and she presses the gun tighter to the neck of a old friend,
Parents are ariving,
And she see's her mother's face,
"Momma?" She calls out, almost letting go,
but then she tightens her grip as her mother screams,
"Good bye" She says to her old friend,
before pulling out another hidden gun,
she aims at her friends head and holds one to her head,
but in a split second she fires,
not at her,
not her friend,
but at the head of police,
he falls back dead,
and before anyone could react,
she kills herself,
All because of the hate she felt,
and the pain others caused,
so think twice about that short girl who you laugh at,
because the joke might be on YOU.

Velvet Deer
By: Kellee
Cuddled under a childs are,
was a velvet deer,
a deer that soon must go,
the little girl is sick,
with a cringling hurt,
and a fever hotter than fire,
she hugs it close,
crying softly,
and then her mama comes,
she takes the deer,
and its replaced with a rabbit,
soft deer tears come from its eyes,
and into a box,
and out again into light,
there she is,
smiling and reaching,
the velvet deer was only washed.

Fly High My Eagle
By: Kellee 4-27
Soaring throught the sky,
as a nail splinters wood,
way up high,
How I wish I could,
Fly as high,
As that Eagle,
My oh My,
How that eagle flys,
I feel like,
I could touch the sky,
And throught the night,
My Eagle shall fly,
My oh my,
How that Eagle flys,
How,
That,
Eagle,
Flys.

Lost Voice
By: Kellee
Sitting there,
with my friends surrounding me,
I relized something,
that truly shouldn't be,
I shouldn't be sitting there,
just sitting there,
staring at a star,
or at a face,
I should be out playing,
like everone should,
but this is my life,
my world,
and it all began with me,
and it will end with me,
but as I go along,
I relized I should be,
treating life respectfully;
So I got up,
and ducked down,
under the covers,
and around,
I looked to see,
if anyone was watching me,
with no eyes,
staring back at me,
I smiled and ran,
and laughed and played,
until one faithful day,
when an accident,
stole my voice;
Hop.
Jump,
Hop,
Hop,
bouncing around on a trampiline,
Bounce,
Pounce,
Hop,
Pop,
Around and around we went,
then I fell,
and someone tripped,
right over me,
SNAP!,
went my back,
it popped as loud as my neck,
my puncture "cheery apple" closed up tight,
and my eyes closed,
silently I cried,
as my sister repeated,
"are you ok are you ok?";
My voice left,
and so did my freedom,
at home I wept,
and I soon relized,
with tears in my eyes,
that this wasn't for me;
With a new found hope,
I practised,
after a few months,
it came to me,
that my voice was soon to be,
Mine!,
happily I screamed and laughed,
my voice was back!

Alright, this isn't a poem, but sorta like a story.
The small puppy cried for his mommy, left all alone. Scardly he crawled outside of the flipped cage. Wet and tired he searched around. Hungry. After a few years the pup has grown, big as a mountain lion he ran through the night. A car screached, a yelp emmited, a scream. Later a nurse comes out, happily she says, "He'll be ok. Will you keep him?" The woman with tears smiled happily and nodded. "Can you tell the breed?" She asked. "A pure German Shepherd." The nurse answered. Four days later the dog is taken home, and given the name Hope. The little boy is infact a girl, and she found a new home. Cancer ate angrily at her paw, painfully she wimpered. A few days later she died, her owner holding her. Before her death, a girl puppy was pulled from her belly, the only one who lived. She was name Hope's Angel.
