Something to be said for hiding places. Think about it, how many places can you think of off the top of your head you could go to right now this instant and not be found for at least one week. Now imagine that you not only had time to prepare but actively sought out hiding places before you actually needed them. Finding a person intent on not being found is not easy. Something to be said about the deaths of people. The human mind finds many ways to deal with the massive amount of information feed into it every day. One of these is disassociation. You hear a statistic, it is filed as information, but if you actually tried to assimilate all the information in a relevant fashion you wouldn't have much time but too despair.

Very true.I believe I understand where ur getting at here. The thing with Osama is after Sept.11th if he were to think that the Americans wouldnt't come after him he would be very stupid of a person to think that. Thus, his hiding was planned and probably he went into hiding long before Sept.11th to give him a good chance of totally getting away from Afganistan and away from the hot spot. The Hindu-Kush would be a excellent place to hide dont u think. And heres my reason why I think its a good hiding place. The Hindu Mountains are extremly high at somepoints.U couldnt fly a airplane there and land.....and it would be doubtful u would be able to get troops in there via helicopter.U couldnt drive armoured vehicles up there..so they only choice u have left is by foot.I dont know if u know this...but in a province in Pakistan(I could be wrong) anyways the area is called Wakistan. Its all in the Kush.Everyone in Wakistan are extremly well armed....and in my opinion could make some of the best foot soilders in the world. There far better then the Americans on foot thats for sure.2ndly....they have the advantage there up higher then the americans would be able to start of at.If Osama knew about these people which Im sure he did then if i were him....I would go to Wakistan and make a alliance..and if not stick around in the Kush anyways with my followers.Ether way Osama has the advantage.Lets say eventually Osama is caught....the amount of time he spent hiding in the Kush would be a great advantage to him.He would be able to gain new recruits and spread is cause like he did prior to Sept.11.He would be able to distibute his Billions of dollars throughout his terror network...and establish new orders for his followers....thus by the time the US caught up to him....everything would be done with.....AL-Queda would have everything they need to do whatever they pleased and Osama would not nessissarily be needed and someone else would take his place.

Now i know some of u could say..Well the entire Afgan country could be concidered a hiding place....well if soo..look at Saddam..Iraq is about the size of Afganistan....and he stayed in Iraq..and was caught.[/u][/url]

^I'm sorry. I tried to read that about five times. Punctuation really is a wonderful thing. I understand that sometimes you just want to get the thought out, but please go back and make it understandable.

^Had to read yours twice.
And he's stuck in a time warp, apparently. The only place bin Laden can be according to him is the Hindu-Kush mountains. That post was also pure speculation and personal opinion. How is that research? All that is is repeating information that was released years ago.
Also, he left out several key points, but hey, you go on believing what you want, instead of facts.

*And no, I'm not saying it's not possible that he is indeed in the mountains, but I'm also not going to say, like Nero, that that is where he is.

She directly said that she wasn't going to do that. She might think that he's somewhere, but she won't state that he is there.

It seems you have not grasped the concept of mere discussion, much less debate.
