And really what proof is there that saddam did it....just a hole bunch of propaganda thrown around in the media.............really.....Bush would say Saddam did it to make a good reason to go to war with him.And even if it was saddam where did saddam get those gas weopons.Ohhh wait could it be from America?Did u know theresa that the americans gave Evil Saddam those horrible weopons. And ohh shame on America they sould have known saddam was going to use them on his own people.I guess Donald Rumsfield wasn't thinking was he?U want proof that the iranians did it?Ill have to dig it up it may take awhile but ill find it.Anyways ur gonna ask that you want proof that the americans gave saddam the weopons.Theres a video where Donald Rumsfield is shaking hands with Saddam in agreement the americans gave Saddam weopons of mass destruction or whatever you wanna call them to saddam to fight the Iranians.Actually.......I think someone on this message board use to have the pic of saddam and donald shaking hands.Even if Saddam was responsible he used the weopons the US gave him.U see america and Iraq use to be allies under Saddam. So if saddam is sooooooooooo evil...then why would america allie with them during the iranian war?

Lets see, that was over 20 years ago...things were a tad different, amd they may have not known what they knew today.

Also, I find your posts difficult to understand because you do not put spaces after periods, and you go incredibly fast from subject to subject.

the point is the americans assisted the iraqis in killing a million Iranains. And *beep* bush doesnt care what happened to those people.Ronald Reagan was or Maybe Nixon...I dont remember anymore.Atleast it was one of the two....already were planning on invading Iraq. This ofcorse was before Bush Cr.Now why Bush Cr. Didnt finnish the job I dont know why.And really what evidence do u people have that saddam raped his people and so forth.Do u know that the Majority of the iraqi population is Shikh(dont know if thats spelt right) and the Suni are in the Minority.Saddam did what he did because the Suni and Shikh are blood enimies...do u know why Janeway Or Theresa?Theres more i have to post about the Gulf war but Ill wait intill a argument gets going.Saddam is also a Suni.Know before I go any further do u know why the Suni and Shikh hate each other?

p.s. Yes i know i type really fast.Ill try to make better sense next time i post a long post. And yes Janeway they did know what was happening.

ouch...that hurt...I have never heard the one about American ignorance before...anyhow, I don't see how you can call Americans ignorant....seems like an old stereotype that the rest of the world whines about every now and then.
+
Um....hello, I don't know what you think, but the news media here in the US barely ever reports the positive stuff that has happened in Iraq...so yeah.....I am not brainwashed and I know what I am talking about...I am able to think and act for myself, under my own free will.

By the way, what are theses "bad things" that America is doing...and where are your sources if you have them?

1 Iraqs borders include: Iran, Saudi Arabia, and another small country...Jordan or maybe Syria.

2 becuase the Iraqi economy was in the dirt, oil prices were low, and Kuwait was demanding repayment from the Iraq-Iran conflict while also "stealing Iraqs oil"

3 I am not sure on the exacts of the Sunni Shiite conflicts, I do know the two sect origanted sometime after Muhammed died and there was something to do with a conflict about his brother taking over. Nowdays, Shiites hate Sunnis bc/ although they were the majority in Iraq...the Sunni's got the power and they did not....(hope I didn't get those mixed up, I tend to do that somtimes)

4 What the hell does T have anything to do with this? It is me and you debating right now...unless she is signed on then it is uneccesary to put T in this. She is also incredibly smart, and I highly doubt what you are say.

5 Do you think this is all some sort of big conspiracy by Bush, if you do then I tell you to get a grip. We did not go in there for oil, or to avenge Bush Senior...but we went in for a noble cause and I beleive that Bush honestly beleived that he was doing the best thing to do at the time.

6 I am incredibly tired of you beeting around the bush all day that Americans are ignorant. I have things that I would LOVE to say about some other countries, but I restrain myself

7 I am not brainwashed, and I am not ignorant. Get that though your mind.

Thats Not True, I am an Orthodox Sunni Muslim and the disputes are not too big, The Shi'ites claim that Ali was the First Caliph and call him the First Imam and direct heir to Muhammad rather than The 4th Caliph. Other than Differences in Beliefs of Caliphs (Heirs to Muhammad) and the Fact Shi'ites have a Religious Authority (The Imam) there is practically no difference in Beliefs. To say the Shi'ites hate us is far from the truth, there is probably a small minority that do.

1.Partially Correct. Iraq borders with Iran.Syria.Kuwait(that small country u couldnt answer)Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

2.Yes ur right........Im surprised..there was a 2nd reason aswell....Kuwait at one time was part of iraq..split by the British Empire however.

3.Thats also correct the Sunis hated Mohammeds son-in-law who took his place. So they decided to start there own version of Islam...and began hating each other.Saddam acted upon this blood hatred.

I did read something about that the other day...but I was not familiar with the Islamic vocabulary, so I was not clear on the topic. Thank you for your clarification though.

Well Janeway..theres one thing Id like to say..not about Iraq.I was watching today in the popularity polls according to who in the States favours Bush and who doesnt. 60% of americans no longer favour him and disapprove of the hole war thing and 40% are with him.It would be interesting to see what the Anti-Bush Americans feel about the war.Though so far ive only seen pro-bush except for two people Monkey and ILoveHarry....but Monkey keeps on talking about Japan for some reason and ILoveHarry hasnt said much about the war I dont think.

I also wanted to point out the news agency CNN.I dont know if u know this...but CNN is founded by the US military.I dont know about other news agency but Im sure some others are.Now if these news agencies are founded by the US military and get there propaganda from the US military but yet they are reporting bad things about there own people. Why would they do that to there own people especially if the Army funds them?Something there what u sayed doesnt add up....

Perhaps thats so.Currently as of this day and ever since the Americans went in.Both the Shikhs And the Suni have been killing each other not because the terrists but because one another is trying to take control over Iraq. Its just all a huge power grab between the US the Shikhs and the Suni. And Unfortunely this power grab probably will eventually turn into a civil war.Now picture this. The US soilders stuck in the middle of a civil war what then??????????How will America react to that?
Anyways ill stop posting here because I dont wanna be accused of spamming..so ill post back if anyone response.

CNN is known to be very liberal....and just because the army founded it does not meen that the army controls it. I watch FOX NEWS, its more balanced.

After reading these two pages, you are incredible. Everything you disagree with you say is sourced by propoganda. I am well aware of who you are, btw.
I'm so very glad that you were chosen to be the enlightened one pertaining to all things concerning the American government. That's pretty good for a Dutch, or Canadian, whatever you say you are today.
I'm tired of bothering with you. Sources are offered, and you say they are biased. Information offered, and you say it's propoganda, unless it supports you. Really rather ridiculous.

Comment about French Canadians? Where was this? Comments about the French, yes, but not the French Canadians. Hell, my Nana is French Canadian, And my God, talk about arrogance. You go on and on and on, but say nothing. Of course, I'm brainwashed, what do I know,
