Last month, hundreds of gay couples got married in San Francisco thanks to Mayor Gavin Newsom.
Now, I don't want to get into a whole arguement, because the issue of gay marriage is polorized, but I do not agree with Gay Marriage at all, and nor do I agree with Civil Unions for religious and other reasons.
However, that is not why I think that Governor Arnold should have arrested him. This is because 66% of Californians voted for Referendum 22 which banned Gay Marriage, and Mr. Newson broke that law.
Therefore, he should have been arrested. What do you think?

Ok, I dont know whether they should go so far as to arrest him, however, if it is unlawful to allow it then something should be done. Whether you agree with gay marriage or not (I am undecided) the law must be upheld.

Well, he SHOULD be arrested, because are mayors supposed to enforce the law!? Well, this guy BROKE it by giving people marriage liscenses.
