I don't agree. If the Borg assimilated Picard then they assimilated all his knowledge. Therefore if he addresses the person Will Riker as "Number 1" then so would the Borg! It's not about getting on his nerves it's just irrelevant conversation.
Likewise the Borg might now all have a taste for Earl Grey and a secret desire to dress as a private eye and cavort around on the holodeck!

Picard was being used for a voice for the borg, except that he was borg. That was his knowledge, irrelevant conversation, and to get on his nerves.
Did you also know, that Locutus is "One who speaks" in Latin? Very freaky, considering that the borg have given him a cool name, and something of meaning. And did Picard choose this, because he has a fancy of Latin?

best of both worlds was stupid and the whjole lucutis thing was pathetic. my dad kept on going on to me about how best of both worlds was the best episode he ahd ever seen and when i finally saw it it was terrible! and my dad agree after seeing a borg episode on voyager.
