Sat Mar 27, 2004 1:03 am Thank goodness Al Gore wasn't elected! |

If Al Gore was elected President of the United States, then we would NOT have responded to terrorism even after 911. He was Vice-President under Clinton & yet never attempted to convince him to respond to the threat. It is horrible! Thank God for the electoral votes!
"Democrats for Bush, like Zell Miller, are AWESOME! No offense, but I guess that they are some people who see the light clearly."

Haven't got a clue what's bad about Gore, but I'm guessing he might be better than Bush, anyhow. So I vote for no.

What's bad? Do you really want to get into it cause this will be another debate that will never end. I posted my vote so that's all I am going to say for now. I am gone to lurk around the board.

I will tell you, Dappet.
He was Vice-President for Bill Clinton, and when terrorists attacked in 1993, 1998, 2000, and several other times within that time span, Clinton did nothing more than bomb a few camps.
Al Gore is a peace-obsessed person.
I want peace, don't get me wrong, but he wouldn't have fought the Taliban and Al Quada.
Plus, he is an extreme environmentalist. He would do anything for the environment. Not just an environmentalist, which isn't bad, but an extreme one.
Fellow Republicans, keep posting to help this person to see the light.[/b]
And that's just a SNIPPIT!

Dappet plus , Bill Clinton made sure all the jobs was sent over seas to Mexico and they was coming over here. And Gore would have done the same thing. My parents lost their jobs cause of what Clinton done. If you trace what he done SC had no jobs when Clinton was in office.
I am not racist cause I have spanish friends and they feel the same way.
When Bush came in office he got the blame for Clinton's crap when he is the one that has to fix what Clinton had done.
Democrats are nothing but liars. Can not trust them. I would not trust my life on them. Gore mad cause he is a sore loser and he did not win so he cried like a baby cause he did not get his way.
I would not trust a president if he is like Clinton. Clinton commited adultery. That's just digusting. He has no morals at all.
What would you have a president with no guts and stand and fight or a president that will fight for America and try to help other people.
Bush helped free the Iraqi people. People will say he went over for the oil America don't need their oil. He did not want it. He honestly done what's right for America. People are just so blinded to see that.

I see. Well, I am not glad that Bush won, but it sounds like I wouldn't have been glad if Gore won, either.
All this absolute Pro-Americanism pisses me off, quite frankly, and when someone says that a group of people, regardless which one, can't be trusted...Just sounds wrong, somehow.
No offense
And, Deb, Mexico is not overseas.

Kmma, having "Spanish Friends" does not excuse someone from being Racist. Spanish people are generally Caucasians, Mexicans are Hispanics

Thats irrelevant though because kmma is not racist, it sounded as though she was just angry that the work was given to foreigners when there were Americans that need it.
I am Republican, and yes, most democrats that hold office I dont really like, however, there are a few of my Texas congressmen & women that I am not to happy with right now either.

Oh but it is relevant, she was using the point to disprove anyone calling her Racist. I just replied by saying that Argument would be flawed, not that I am calling Kmma a racist

You know, I don't get this. "Spanish" is a general term meaning "Hispanic." Plus, I have been called a racist and yet I am not. What gives people the right to accuse people who want an intense crackdown on illegal immigration to be racist.
It's quite the contrary with me. I actually like Hispanic people.
And I know that you don't technically know me, so you may or may not believe me.
