On April 20th I may be going to Germany.

Charlie got orders to go to Giessen Germany on April 20th. He is going to try to take us when he goes, if not he is going to take leave and come get me and the kids. I don't know what the weather will be like. I hope not cold again all the time. I did enjoy Germany last time we was there. Except freezing my butt all the time.

I can't wait to buy me a German coke cola. They are so good. When I was over there last time, I hardly drank our cokes, I drunk the German coke colas. And the food. Oh it is wonderful except charlie tried to get me to eat octopus. I ain't going to do that.

Good thing about him getting orders for Germany, that he will not have to go to Iraq in Nov. I am happy about that. Well enough of rambling on here. I am just so happy.

I know only a few words to get by but need to brush up. I know about four words. Charlie knows alot of about it. He teaching me again.

I can not wait to go back. I been to Wurzburg Germany back in 1996 to 98. It was ok but it was cold all the time cause it is in central of Germany. I don't know about Geissen though. But It really doesn't matter as longs as I am with my hubby. I can get through anything.

You last time I was over there, I did not even know one German word and Charlie did. We was in a store on the economy and this German man droppped his money, so I bent down and picked it up for him. And he said Donkeyshorts. I busted out laughing. Charles said no deb he is saying thank you. I was so embarrassed. I did not know donkeyshorts means thankyou or i misundestood the man and charlie was playing a joke one.

now I know a few words so I can get by until charlie gets me into classes to learn German.

Yeah. When he gets over there, he will stay in the barrats til he gets housing. Then he fly back and get us. We have to stay behind while he goes first. My opinion Levy is being priks about not giving him enough time to get us our passports updated. That sucks. But I can handle it for short time. I will be going to Germany though thats a giving.

Yeah two years in Germany yeppe yay! When he reinlist he is going for Fort Irwin California, after germany. It's good to get away from the east coast for awhile. But I wonder how I will be picked on about my southern accent?

He will correct me if I mispell this,

I am spell it like I hear it. Juice means bye bye I don't know the correct spelling. Cause I am out wack with it. Its been some few years and forgot.

Well, German sounds a lot like Dutch (which I speak) so I'll tell you some if you like:

Das ist gut. Means: That is good.
Ich habe... Means: I have...
Ja Means: Yes.
Nein Means: No.

My older son Allen would tell me nine last time we was in Germany when He lived with me. i would think he would be counting until Charlie told me no he is telling you no. So Allen still remembers it. He is ten now and he was like 2 at the time. He picked it up better than me lol.

What after Charlie just told me the worse case is that I have to stay behind if things don't go as planned with EFMP[Exceptional Family Member Program] My kids has special needs. I hope and pray that we do get to go. I will be so depressed. Charlie was depressed SAturday worrying about it. But I think it will come out to our good though. I will get to go.

Well the trip to Germany is a no go after all. Charlie talk with my acs worker[army community service] and my dr. THey feel like it is best for Charlie to stay in the states just in case me and the kids can not go.
THey are going to try to delete his orders. And do a compassionate reassignment to Aberdeen Maryland. I have been there before. Nice place.
Winters are bad. Summers are hot.
Maybe it came out to our good. I did want to go back to Germany. But things did not work out like that.
