Read the bboks "The Ashes of Eden" through to "Preservers" all your questions will be answered by Shatner himself.

Yeah, Tiberius seems like one nasty guy. Wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley.

He IS a scary guy. Very subtle, but very deadly. And creating children just to be killers? That is cold!

The sadistic people that make you like them are the worst of all. You start to trust them, and, BAM!, you're dead.
That is the kind of man Tiberius is.

No, it's more like a different thread of time. You know how they say time branches off w/ every decision made? Like that, a different branch.

The "Mirror Universe" was first introduced in TOS: "Mirror, Mirror", and later revisted in DS9:"Crossover", DS9:"Through the Looking Glass", DS9:"Shattered Mirror", DS9:"The Emperors New Cloak", and a few other DS9s.

As Pike already said, Shatner's books (all co-authored by Judith&Garfield Reeves-Steevens) "Spectre" through "Preserver" also deal with the MU, I'm sure he just reccomended the others (Ashes of Eden, The Return, Avenger) because they have some plot details related to the later books.

there's another 1 called "Dark Mirror" where in which the empire has found out, in TNG, how to recreate what happened to the enterprise crew back in "Mirror, Mirror" they switch themselves with the Enterprise-D and so on.... good readin' check it out.

I heard it on Audio tape, it was good, but I think that the universe split again since Mirror, Mirror because that's not the MU from DS9.

I realise, that because of the show, they made all the main characters appear in their same roles. But realistically, that really really unlikely. And why wasn't Kirk's I.S.S. Enterprise more powerful, it would seem that it should be in that reality.
