What Did You Do Today?

[Seven of Nine]

What did I do yesterday? Well, I woke up with a fever, feeling like my arms and legs were made of jellied lead, and dragged myself downstairs to change Sammie's nappy. I then fed her, and woke Johny up. I got myself and Sammie ready, then walked to the doctors. I told him what was up (I've got a womb infection), he prescribed me antibiotics and told me to go down to see him at the other surgery in an hour.

We went to Johny's parents, stayed there for a bit then his dad drove us down to the other surgery, where I had my coil removed. We went back to Johny's parents, where Sammie and I stayed to play with her cousin (Reece, nearly 8 months) while Johny went home to play on the computer.

We went home, and I went for a nap, but was woken up a few hours later by Johny handing me Sammie to be fed. Fed her, then we both went to sleep for a few more hours. When she woke up again, I fed her and changed her nappy, then had a panic attack because I didn't know where Johny was, and I was scared by myself. A couple of hours later I went upstairs to get Sammie a clean sleepsuit, and there was Johny, fast asleep in Sammie's room!

I (being very cruel) woke up Johny to look after Sammie while I had a bath (by this point I was in agony with back pain, caused by my infection). After my bath I collapsed on the sofa, and fed Sammie again.

Can't remember much after that, except Sammie was kicking her covers off in bed last night, so ended up in our bed (again!). I must get a sleeping bag for her!

Yeah, I had an interesting day. Still feel crappy, and will probably go to bed again soon.

well my daughter woke up screaming with an ear ache last night. Gave her some meds still screamed bloody murder for hours. she finally went to sleep at 4 am. I fell asleep and got up a few minutes ago.

my parents and my oldest son is coming up today. I am happy about that.
