T-1000 VS Predator

Okay people, who'd win a fight between the T-1000 from "Terminator 2" and Predator?

I'd go with the T-1000. Predator is a cunning hunter but he is always beaten by humans. A Commando beat a Predator in the first movie and a Detective beat a Predator in the second movie. I really don't think the Predator would give the T-1000 much of a fight.

Predator, cloak ablity would give it the edge and the disk is pretty much unstoppable

You forget that Arnie has defeated both, so the really question is who can beat Arnie

I would have to say the T-1000 because it can turn his hands into weapons and other stabbing weapons. Thats who i think will win.

The predator has intelligence, gotta give it that. And of course the cloaking device. He also has all kinds of sweet weapons and I'd place bets he could fry the T-1000. That's for sure in the jungle at least, he definitely has an advantage there.

The cloaking device probably wouldn't work on a T-1000 as they can probably see into the infrared spectrum like the Predators.

It was never mentioned as not so either. Infrared camera technology is so cheap and easy to produce I can't imagine building a 'perfect killing machine' without it. I'm sure the T-1000's designer wouldn't limit their machine designed to hunt & kill humans to only see in the human visible range.

Interesting comments though, everyone. Perhaps the only way to settle this is for a Terminator VS Predator movie to be made. I know the characters are owned by different studio's but what a battle it would be!

Dunno why so many people are voting for the T-1000. I'm betting some of em haven't seen either Predator movie. If the Pred was losing, he's blow himself up. I swear that would bring the T-1000 down aswell

Gotta be the Predator. T-1000 is pretty nasty, but I think Predator would overcome it due to the sheer firepower he has available. Plus, if it ever looked like T-1000 was winning, the Predator would just give it welly with the A-bomb.

predator can go inviso, think about that , as its already been discussed here, there is no confirmation that the T 1000 can see him, so we must presume that he can't.

T-1000 wins without much trouble. Those weapons and fire power the Predator has wouldn't defeat the T-1000. As we all have seen in T2, the T-1000 can take as many bullets and even exploding bullets as it wants, with ease. Even liquid nitrogen. Now that's a strong killing machine.

The Predator is and always will be a living being. Put something living against something without heart, without emotion, the Predator wouldn't stand a chance.

Also, the T-1000 can become part of the ground or even trees so the Predator wouldn't even know that it's walking into an ambush.

The best weapon the Predator has is it's self-destruct mechanism (like the A-bomb). But, using that, the Predator foreits the fight as it self terminates (even if it would kill the T-1000, the Predator would be killed a split second before the T-1000).

If I would want a bodyguard, I'd take the T-1000 any day.
