yeah, I know... I just thought some people might think so. some people are kind of fanatics like that. You should read this book I'm reading called "uprooting racism" by Paul Kivel. THis guy is a weirdo. He says anything to do with the colors white or black are racist. He would say... oh, you're supposed to wear white on a pure day, meaning its pure to be white and not pure to be anything else. Thats just why I asked

I doubt it. I think that only babies are pure, because once one is exposed to the rest of us, one really can't help being corrupted and we can't help corrupting him/her.

Well... i would guess its defined as doing domething morally bad or ethically wrong... something against your god, religion or your own personal beliefs. But yeah, I agree with Caroline, if you're right, Jeff, I doubt there's anyone celebrating. I believe it's true that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God". Maybe tis National Purity Day is supposed to be sort of a reminder of the goal toward which we reach, to be pure. Or a reminder that we aren't. Hm... doesn't seem as... white then, does it?
