I love to write poems and I thought I would start posting a few just so I could get your opinions:

Good Little Girl

You were your Mummy�s little angel,
And were your Daddies little girl,
Perfect student in everything at school,
You pushed yourself harder each day,
Driving for better grades in everything,
But not everyone liked your spirit,
You where bullied like nothing else,
Just for your love of books,
Passionate about the world of text,
Your soul shattered into tiny pieces,

Your anger for them buried inside,
Bubbling up threatening to explode,
Your heart twisted and decaying,
Just for wanting to be good in school,
Studying while others partied,
Reading while others slept,
Your friends only alive in fiction,

You forgave them for what they did,
Even though they made you die inside,
You only blamed one person�yourself,
Now you bitterly write poems each day,
Pouring your heart into each and everyone,
Tears have no meaning left anymore,
You only feel pain or hopelessness,
This is a poem for you my friend,
This is a poem for��me

My Fallen Angel

So beautiful yet so tragic
So beautiful not even the fairest rose could compare
So tragic you would pray for mercy for your soul and hers
Blood so pure it flows shimmering silver
Tears like the most beautiful diamonds
Rolling down your silky soft white skin
Whiter than the whitest, fairest flower
Silkier than the most delicate silk
Shot down with arrows of hate and impurity
Straight through your perfect angelic wings
You are doomed to live your life in this impure world
To carry the weight of the world upon your shoulders
I cradle your head in my lap and whisper things to you
Keep faith I say caressing your gentle face
Look at life hard search each corner and space
Than you will find purity in life�s impurity my fallen angel

Untitled

Looking in from the outside
You where the one there for me
During my worst times a hand to hold
Someone to hold me while I cried
A person to wipe away my tears
Somewhere to chase away my fears
Someone to keep my faith alive
Someone to stop my heart from decaying
Someone to chase away all of my demons
But when you are down you push me away
You only Say you are alright really or
Just shrug your shoulders or shake your head
Open your heart to me I wont hurt you
You know I never will purposely
But I will stand by your side through everything
This is just a poem to let you know
I will always be there for you no matter what

Soul Cleansers

Lost my soul to the devil
Lost my heart at the bottom of a bottle
Can�t find much of anything
Lost the joy in my heart
Lost the spring in my step
I lost it all in a card game
Life is a game of chance
Often you never win
Sometimes you get might get lucky
So quite while you�re ahead if you do
I watch them the alive ones
I�m not alive, not any more
I am part of the living dead
We may walk and we may talk
But we never truly live like you
We feel others pain, others loss
So you don�t suffer the same
We are the ones that comfort you at night
That are there in your darkest hour
We are the ones that cleanse you soul
We keep walking, wandering
We never truly find any contentment
But we never truly die, we can�t
We wander this lonely world
In search of others like us
We take different shapes
We take different forms
But out there in the horizon
We know another like us searches
For us as we do for them
When this day comes
We will be cleansed of our pain as well
We will be happy, we will be content
We will live, we will breath��

~*The Chase*~

I run away from it as fast as I can,
The sweat running down my face,
My heart pounding hard in my chest,
My Breath quick and shallow,
And I cannot rest my tired body,
My clothes are ripped and hang from my body,
I run as fast as I can, pushing myself harder,
Fear radiating off my like a tracking device,
Adrenaline chorusing through my veins,
My feet are red raw and bleeding,
The stony path cutting through skin with ease,
I run and will keep running on,
Soon I will find a sanctuary from it,
Until I shall keep on running,

~*Paradise for two*~

You are the bane inside of my heart
The name I hear the birds singing
You are my angel, my very first love
You�re there for me and I�m there for you
When you hold me tightly in your arms
My heart is filled to the brim with love
We walk hand in hand across the sand,
We have picnics by the beautiful waterfall
Write our names together in the white sand
Swim with dolphins in the ocean of blue
We watch each perfect sunrise together
And eat our dinner under the clear night sky
This is my haven; this is my paradise for two

~*Who Am I?*~

Who am I? I don�t know anymore
I live my life behind this mask
Never showing anyone the real me
My mask is my shield from this world
No one being able to see the person who is me
I smile and I cry but no one sees me die
I watch my life as a spectator
A smile pasted onto my fragile face
Nobody questions the smiling ones in life
I sit in my room away from the world
Listening to my music and playing my games
Misunderstood by the world outside my room
I laugh and joke if only to mask the pain
I am only truly me when I am alone
I shall live all my life this way,
Until I find a kindred lost soul
And we can disappear into the sunset
Leaving our fear, hate and masks...........behind

I yearn to feel your skin on mine
Skin softer than the fairest rose petal
I long to see the face that lingers in my thoughts
To feel your gentle hand on top of mine
For your arms to hold me tightly
In a sweet embrace I don�t want to break
I feel so high that I could paint the sky
In thousands of different shades
We can watch dance across the sky
As the sun goes to sleep for the day
Like a celestial ballet in the heavens
To watch the sky fill with thousands of stars
Like the skies been filled with fairy lights
To watch each sun set by your side
And for you to be there for the sunrise
If I could have but one wish
It would to be to stop the moon and sun
So that each moment I spend by your side
Would last for a eternity at a time
And there would never be a goodbye
And so I would never be lonely again
And would never have to miss
The face that haunts my waking thoughts
And sleep in the depth of the night
